FCC's Copps needs convincing on Tribune deal (Reuters)

Reuters - Tribune Co. will have to mount some
persuasive arguments why regulators should allow real estate
mogul Sam Zell to take the media company private, Federal
Communications Commissioner Michael Copps said on Tuesday.
