Molson Coors to take charge for Fosters (Reuters)

Reuters - Molson Coors Brewing Co. said
on Monday it would record a non-cash charge in the second
quarter after a court upheld Fosters Group Ltd.'s
notice of its intention to terminate a U.S. marketing license
agreement.
