Warburg Pincus eyes stake in China retailer: source (Reuters)

Reuters - U.S. private equity firm Warburg
Pincus is in advanced talks to take a major stake in Chinese
retailer Red Star Furniture Group, a source close to the deal
said on Wednesday, as China's fast-growing home furnishing
market draws increasing foreign interest.
