Clear Channel expected to strike revised deal: source (Reuters)

Reuters - Radio operator Clear Channel
Communications Inc. could announce within the next few
days that a revised buyout proposal has been agreed, as
shareholder support for a $19.6 billion offer increases, a
source familiar with the situation said on Thursday.
